We offer the convenience of online quotations for airport transfers and corporate transfers in capital cities across Australia for your ease and accessibility.
Hiring Terms & Conditions
- The minimum pickup fee for Executive Car (4 Pax only) is $78.
- There are seven categories of limousines available, and the first available vehicle from the selected category will be dispatched for bookings. Specific requests for a particular car or limousine may incur higher surcharges.
- Hourly travel requires a minimum booking of two hours for weddings, sightseeing, corporate transfers, tours, and wedding bookings.
- A complimentary 10-minute waiting period is provided from the booking time, after which an hourly rate is charged for waiting time in 15-minute intervals.
- Additional charges apply for detours or extra pick-ups within a five-kilometer radius.
- Request for baby capsules, child seats, and booster seats will incur a surcharge.
- "Meet and Greet Service" is provided at airports and seaports.
- A 20% surcharge applies for services between 10 pm and 6 am.
- Additional surcharges apply for special events, such as New Year's Eve and Sydney Olympic Park events.
- Lux Ride Chauffeur reserves the right to cancel bookings under certain circumstances, with full refunds provided.
- Cancellation fees apply as per the booking cancellation policy.
- We accept a variety of payment methods, including cash, cabcharge, major credit cards, debit cards, and bank checks.

- No extra waiting time is charged up to 25 minutes from the domestic terminal and 55 minutes from the international terminal.
