Reservations
Please provide complete and accurate pickup, destination, passenger and timing details when making a booking. For airport travel, include relevant flight information where requested. Changes should be raised as early as practical.
Vehicles and service
Vehicle categories are offered subject to availability. A suitable alternative may be proposed if a selected category cannot be supplied. For special requirements, additional luggage, child seats or a multi-stop itinerary, please contact reservations before travel.
Fares and payment
The booking experience will present the applicable fare or payment requirement. Any cancellation, waiting time, toll, route or additional service terms shown during booking form part of the relevant reservation.
